Checked in for one night. Check in took about 45 mins because the check in line was extremely long. We waited all day to check in thinking that the line would get shorter. It never did and just got longer. Once at the check in desk the hotel staff had no sense of urgency despite the line getting longer and longer. There was confusion over what our reservation was and instead of King bed that we wanted we ended up with two doubles. Our resort fee was waived for that. Really nice looking hotel and rooms are nice but the staff is what would make me never stay here again.
