I have stayed in Treasure Island for the thanksgiving week end for 5 days. We got a great deal on the rooms and reviews were favorable. We reached there around 7PM and there weren’t much crowd at check in. We asked the front desk lady whether we can get a room higher up and preferably a south strip facing one! Our wishes were granted . We got 3 strip facing rooms(we were group of 6) . And they offered a complimentary buffet and champagne to the room(wow). The hotel is not as large as some of the others in the strip. But that came to our advantage. We could get out of the hotel and be in strip without walking through miles of casino floors. Our room had excellent view of south Strip and mountains. The room was well maintained. I was scared of the smoke smell in the rooms . But the whole floor was non smoking.
They had multiple food options and a CVS inside the resort . This came very convenient for us. We had buffet from their restaurant couple of days and we all loved it so much. My wife is a vegetarian and she was lot of food options in the buffet restaurant. There is a starbucks just outside the resort.
The location is very convenient as well. Its opposite to Palazzo/Venetian and Wynn/Encore/Mirage/Caesar’s are quite walkable. If you wish to shop with all your casino winnings, you can do that in fashion show mall which is less than 500 ft from the property 🙂 .
I would highly recommend this property to anyone.
