Since the greedy and self indulgent Herbst brothers lost the hotel and it was taken over and remade into the Silver 7’s I have noticed nothing but a vast improvement on the casino floor and dining. No longer do you have to walk on top of one another to play. The casino floor has had many of it’s unnecessary machine’s removed which has made it more comfortable to move about and gamble. The Herbst brothers should have remembered that sometime’s less is more. The Sterling Spoon cafe is a winner. The quality of the food has greatly improved and the redesigned and remodeling has made it a very enjoyable dining experience, especially the half pound burger special which is awesome. The buffet although small all entree’s are excellent quality especially the brisket which you can cut with a fork. I highly recommend the Silver 7’s to anyone that is looking for a more intimate gaming and food experience unlike the mega resorts.
