Overall we found the entire MGM property (restaurants, casinos, arena) to be extremely clean and good service. We stayed here for a two day concert at the MGM Garden Arena and found our stay to be a very pleasant experience. The casino is one of the nicest with very clean areas and very clean marble bathrooms. The concert hall even had attendants in the numerous bathrooms. All staff and service was right on the money at The Signature Towers. We asked for an early house keeping, and it was done promptly while at breakfast. Check in, check out all fine with an itemized receipt of all my charges at the property was emailed too. TIP: do sign up for M-Life on their website even if not a huge gambler. It provides an easy way to make reservations for anything at MGM and provides confirmation of your activities. The room was a deluxe suite in tower 3, 22cd floor, facing the mountains and airport. The Mountain view dominated over the airport view. The windows are tinted and doubled layered. We did not hear planes in our room. The rooms were very quiet overall with entry doors set-off the hallway. It was like staying in a nice hotel (about a JW Marriott level but not a Ritz). A indoor connected walkway takes you right to all the action. A walk from our room in tower 3, elevator down, people mover walkways, through the restaurants and casinos all the way outside to the big gold lion, AKA The Strip, took 15 minutes. The place is huge ! It is not a bad walk at all if you are in basic health. The room has a big bath: double sinks, counter space, make-up mirror, separate glass shower area, toilet in a room by itself with a phone. The whirlpool is a very big Jacuzzi brand, two are an easy fit. Towels, soap, shampoo, bath gel are provided and are just average, but fine as it’s not worth paying higher prices for this stuff. Bring your own bubble bath !!!. Good sized TV, coffee maker, frig, stove top. Desk, in room safe, decent sized closet and the bed was good. We had a quick 2 night stay with 2 nights of back to back concerts so everything needed under one giant roof made for very low hassle factor and high degree of fun.
