The only reason I did not give this hotel an excellent rating is my room was below a suite with a bowling alley in it. The last night of my stay, I was unable to sleep more than a couple of hours due to the guests in the suite bowling all night. I called the front desk at 2:00 a.m. and he offered to move me; however, at that point, it would have done no good by the time I moved all of the materials I had for our conference in my room. So check when booking your room that you are not beneath the bowling alley or any other suite with the potential for disturbing you.
