On arrival got there at 12 am very long day. Found the girl at reception was not helpful at all thought we had upgraded to a strip room but there was no booking so asked could we get an upgrade was told fully booked basically would not help than had the hide to ask us is there anything else I can help you with.Had to ask another person where the lifts were just hopeless. The only room left had 2 twin beds room 3111 with views of roller coaster at the new york new yourk. Normal size room, small bathroom, no fridge, air con good, beds good &no tea or coffee free Wi-Fi. So first thing in the morning rang reception asked for upgrade the girl was very nice upgraded to Monaco suite room 15202.Big room, bed good,2 toilets, table for 2,lounge, bathroom,fridge,safe no tea or coffee $28 a day for resort fee. Only thing I didn’t like is walking through the casino smelling of smoke every time you walked to the strip, What was good had a free mono rail going to the aria and Bellagio. So much to do in Vegas great place
