We have been loyal guests to this establishment for the past 10 years, staying anywhere from 2-5 times a year. On our recent visit, our room was in the older section of the hotel(the noisiest part of the building) where the furniture vibrated from the outdoor stage as well as the light show every hour until midnight. Granted, our rooms are comped, but there is a reason they comp them, we stay there a lot and gamble a lot of money. Needless to say, they have now lost our business, we receive plenty of other offers from the other hotels, but had felt The D was our home away from home. I guess loyalty doesn’t mean anything.
