I’m here now and checked in today. Long line at check in and then room not ready but not unexpected. Was directed to the wrong place for bell check and waited again but in the wrong line. When I got to the room several hours later at first glance it was amazing a wrap around balcony and 1,200 sq ft. 2 full bathrooms and nice view. Upon further review there are chips on the floor that were from previous guest, cigarette butts on the balcony for this non-smoking room, ceiling piling, light bulb out over the sink and the sink extremely slow to drain. The coach is also extremely dirty with something black. Not sure what else I’ll find. Nice shampoo and body wash but an improvement would be a sound machine like in the Wynn. The hotel is on the smaller side. The drinks extremely expensive and choices are either high or higher. Nice bartender at the Henry. Free pool table in sports bar was nice too. I never take vacation as all trips are work and this is the first one in many years so pretty disappointed in the condition considering the price paid.
Went with wife and teenage boys. There were minor issues with room key that were promptly addressed by the staff and a nice package of chocolates were put in the room for our inconvenience.
The boys loved the room and just would sit on the balcony and watch the Bellagio fountain show.
I went with friends for Spring Break for 5 nights at the Cosmo and we loved it! There were a lot of people in line to check in at the same time we were, but they had a staff member at every computer working diligently to get everyone checked in. Upon checking in, we asked for a cheap upgrade and they tried upgrading us to a suite with no extra charge! Unfortunately, we had too many people to fit into that room, so they instead upgraded us to a room with a terrace overlooking the strip and Bellagio fountains, again absolutely free! There is so much to do within the hotel itself, from restaurants to the casino to the night club. It’s at a great location on the strip so most of it is within walking distance. The pool on our side of the hotel was closed during our stay, and the pool on the other side was a little confusing to get to, but once we got there it was so much fun. While I want to stay at as many places on the strip as possible, I would definitely stay here again and would recommend it to whomever asked
A luxurious hot spot in the heart of the Strip This five-star resort and casino consists of two 52-foot towers with 2,952 non-smoking rooms.
